Lost Packer Mining Co informs Myron Shaneous heir or assigns that the Lode Stone Fraction lode mining claim in Loon Creek District Custer County Idaho has had 100 dollars expended in labor for 1906. Share due is 33.33 dollars plus 15 dollars ad notice cost. If unpaid within 90 days after full publication the claimant loses rights and the claim becomes subscriber property per the Revised Statutes. United States Land Office Hailey Idaho January 12 1907 notices O J Salisbury has filed for a U S patent for the Quebec lode mining claim in Bayhorse Mining District Custer County Idaho. The claim spans 1435.6 feet in length and 600 feet wide with a 17 675 acre area. Claim recorded in Challis county records. Public notice urged in The Silver Messenger Challis for nine weeks.
The treasurer announces warrants against Custer county will be paid with interest to date if presented within 60 days. This includes Current Expense Fund issues from 1906 and Road and Bridge Fund issues from 1905 to 1906.
