County Board of Health formed and jail bridge condemned

A 1912 Challis Idaho county record notes the board of health to be led by L Kirtley and county commissioners, with duties including oversight of indigent sick. It also reports the Salmon River bridge closure below Jenson bridge after approval of a steel bridge, plus tax overassessment refunds and road work bids to be opened in April or May.
