Heyburn Elected Idaho U S Senator in Republican Vote
On Tuesday January 18 Hon W B Heyburn won the Idaho Senate seat with unanimous Republican support from both legislative branches. Democrats backed James H Hawley with a united vote. Heyburn, born May 23 1852 in Delaware County Pennsylvania, has long served as a lawyer and Republican loyalist. He moved to Wallace Idaho nineteen years ago and has lived in Spokane and Shoshone County since.
