In the Probate Court of Custer County Idaho a petition for probate of the last will of David Clum deceased has been filed. Judge G B Baldwin fixes Tuesday January 28 1912 at 4 PM at the Court House for proving the will and hearing the petition. Peter Smith named as executor with May Idaho address. Senator Macbeth writes from Boise advising the Surveyor General's office that townships and fractions to be surveyed in Custer county during the coming season include several listed townships and ranges. Six survey crews will be required to complete the work. ERAVENEL MACBETH.
