Mrs J P Spalding opens a first class board and lodging house at her residence in the northeast part of town near the Fox hotel offering reasonable rates for meals and accommodations.
Custer county Idaho invites sealed bids at the January 1906 meeting for all legal notices and publications for 1906 including election tickets and instructions. Bids due by the second Monday in January. board may reject any bid.

Mr. Grampp has driven a tunnel over 500 feet in the Forest Rose mine bay horse area and expects to reach the east ledge soon at about 200 feet below tunnel No 2. A branch tunnel will later cut the west vein at 160 feet depth, opening the property to full value.
