An Idaho district court order fixes annual terms for 1902 in Foes Cassia Lincoln Elmore Blaine and other counties. Sessions begin March and September with specified start times and publication in each county's newspaper. Judge Kirtland I Perry signs the order at Mountain Home January 7 1902.
