Elmer D. Reese applies for final proof on his homestead entry No. 1257 for West half of the east half and west half of the west half of section 14 township 4 north range 4 east, Challis area. He lists witnesses George Keyes Challis William Leston Hugh McKendrick Charles Graves Goldburg Idaho to prove continuous residence and cultivation of the land. First publication December 24.
In the Probate Court of Custer County Idaho the administrator of the estate of Benjamin Franklin Rapp deceased hereby notifies creditors and all those with claims to present them with vouchers within ten months after first publication. Claims should be exhibited to F J Clyde administrator at Bonanza Custer County Idaho. Dated Chalits Idaho Dee Het 1901 First publication Dee 17th 1001.
