Explosion at White Roob mine injures, kills workers

News from Mackay Idaho reports an explosion at 11 o'clock in stope No 3 of the White Roob mine. Ralph Potter died several hours later. Three other men were seriously injured, one blinded by rock. Injured cared for at the company's hospital. Cause suspected as a defective explosive fragment reigniting after the blast.
