County Convention Order for Populist Ticket in 1894
The People's party Central Committee of Custer County meets in Challis and orders a county convention at Hein's Hall Houston on September 27 1894 at 2 pm to nominate a county ticket Primaries for delegates to be held in precincts September 15 1894 between 2 and 8 pm The apportionment of delegates is listed by precinct with officials Thomas Jose chairman and A K Zedelger secretary Idaho.
