Ordinance licensing village shows Challis Idaho

An ordinance provides for licensing shows and performances within the village of Challis Custer County Idaho. It sets penalties for violations and repeats Ordinance No. 97. The license fee is five dollars for the first day and two and a half dollars for each additional day, with a quarterly option of thirty dollars. Violators are guilty of a misdemeanor and face fines up to one thousand dollars or imprisonment.
