Tracy Dead In Davenport After Spokane Outlaw's Pursuit

Spokane August 6 Harry Tracy the outlaw is dead in Davenport. A posse and citizens pursued him after terrorizing Eddy ranch occupants. Tracy was shot behind a rock and crawled 75 yards before dying by a self-inflicted gunshot after a leg wound and loss of blood. Sheriff Cudihee identified him at the inquest.
