County Board Approves Liquor Bond Filings in 1908 Idaho

In regular session May 18 1908 the Custer County Board of Commissioners approved liquor dealer bonds including A R Smith Co at Yankee Fork and Salmon river Rideout Green Co at Cape Horn Beaver Meacham Stanley John Hodson Bayhorse. The board adjourned to complete annual assessment equalization.

Dissolution of Marriage Sought in Idaho Court

Plaintiff Alia Jones seeks a divorce from defendant Lilly Jones in the Sixth Judicial District Court of Idaho, Custer County. The filing asks for custody of their daughter Almne Jones, division of two houses valued at about 70 dollars, and alimony as deemed just. The couple married January 1961 and have been separated since then. The complaint notes desertion and abandonment by the defendant and requests the court grant the relief prayed. The case was filed May 4 with first publication May 12.
