In the Southern Division of the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of Idaho a decree of foreclosure compels sale of a mining claim complex in Yankee Fork District, including the Yankee Fork Lode Claim Lot 1119, Fenction Lode Lot 1118, Wagon Road Lode, Yankee Mine Mill Site and related properties. The sale is set for May 6, 1907 at noon at the county courthouse in Pocatello, to satisfy judgment of Charles Melsen and others against James A. McFadden and Caroline F. McFadden and others, with costs, interest, and attorney fees.
