Lodging rooms available at Mrs M Jose's Hotel near Challis Idaho. Located a short distance northwest of R N Hull and Co store. Large rooms and good beds offered for daily, weekly or monthly stays at reasonable rates.

Loon Creek country readies for a busy season as the Lost Packer company and others plan a force to open a wagon road to Jordan creek. Loon Creek Placer & Hydraulic, a Salt Lake group led by John P. Boyle, tests show rich gold, with 570 acres on a 600 by 2.5 mile bed. They plan a 2600 foot flume, two six inch giants, and expect high yields. the site features virgin northern ground and high grade gold at $14 per ounce, with the group organized last fall and stock rising in value. Charles W. Willis died at Challis creek on April 20, 1907 after la grippe. funeral held in Challis with Rev. A. J. Hoar.
A gold leaf stick pin with an opal, bent slightly, was lost on Main Street in Challis last week. Finder urged to return it to Miss Myrtle Morrison in Challis and a favorable acknowledgment will be given.

Fred Albier expands Challis brewery grounds and trees. Napoleon Laravay is declared insane and sent to Blackfoot asylum. May Castello resumes head waiter job at Challis House. George McGowan buys C L Reed dwelling for 900. George Parody operates Salmon River boat. Little Arthur Shoup injured last week on Ellis Creek shows rapid improvement.
