John Willis and Jacob Mayer were Sidney visitors last week. Miss Hanna will begin the spring term of school at the Willis school house on Monday March 10. Frost halted corn seeding during the mild spell. Miss Hannah held a school entertainment Friday night marking the term’s close with small attendance due to bad weather. Wil Judd went to work on the North river. John Anderson and Ehmke are headed toward Casper to work.

Hanna Miller aged twenty died at her parents home in Weyerts Neb on Thursday March 6 1902 at 1130 pm after a short illness. Physicians attended. Interment was held today in the cemetery of Eugle precinct Sidney Neb.

At the home of Mrs Crawbaugh in this city on Friday Feb 2 1902 Charles A Newell of Ooltoly precinct this county. The funeral was held in the M E church. Interment in the new public cemetery east of town. Deceased had suffered from consumption and recently sold his ranch and stock to move to California for health. The death came before family plans were matured.
