Sandi Jenkins was crowned Queen of the 1971 Apple Festival last Wednesday night with Bonnie Mosier as first runner up. Walt Marquart officiated as tears and cheers filled the crowd, and each entrant received a trophy. Other runners up were Kim Arnold Debra Carter Sheila Fisher Debbie Hawkins Mary Melenbacker and Angie Payne. Sandi and her court rode in Saturday’s parade and she is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Don Jenkins sponsored by the Rotary Club.

Rittman Juniors Plan ACT Test Dates and Fees
Rittman High School juniors and seniors may take the ACT five times. The first test is in Wadsworth and Wooster on Saturday October 16 with a $6 fee and about 3.2 hours. Registration deadlines and later test dates include December 11, February 26 1972, April 22 1972, and July 15 with varying registration windows. Results are released to students and to educational institutions.
