Infantile paralysis checked as cases decline in Ohio
Goumbus Ohio September 20 There is considerable exaggeration in circles about infantile paralysis says Dr J B Morger state director of health While recognizing danger from the disease it is rapidly being suppressed and the danger is not as great as two or seven weeks ago Out of 270 cases reported for August 9 were in the western half of the state only four south of the Knox Goshosten Fuscarawas and Balmont counties Many schools have closed and this action generally approved by state health authorities Cooler weather will tend to check the disease and with the coming of cold weather all danger should be passed.
