The Monroe County reunion at Rittman drew over 800 former residents on Labor Day. President C A Baker led the meeting with new officers chosen for next year J M Hurd and Mrs Hurd. L W Jones of Mt Vernon spoke on county history amid Swiss yodelers and instrumental numbers. The day included a softball tournament at Siglerfield drawing many to town.

Library Opens With Evening Hours in Rittman
