Mr and Mrs L E Stoolmiller took their two sons Lawrence and Robert to Wooster on Wednesday for procedures. Lawrence had adenoids and tonsils removed while Robert had his tonsils removed. Dr Stull performed the operations.
The sixteenth congressional district covering Wayne Stark Tuscarawas and Holmes counties faces redistricting at the first opportunity. New census figures place the district population at 299107 while the unit for district formation is about 243000, leaving the district over the unit measure by more than 50000. Some other districts in the state fall below the mark.
A social will be held at Lancatown School No 2 on November 3 for a program led by Misa Hazel Yonne, the local teacher. Proceeds support the school activities. The event promises a fine program and community participation.
