Walter Tedrow Injured After Tram Incident In Rittman
Walter Tedrow, a familiar local figure in Rittman, was seriously injured last night after an accident near a Lacodens. HP Sigler, returning from Pittsburg on B&O tram No 15, saw Tedrow alight and later walk away. Tedrow was found this morning with a scalp wound, broken shoulder, broken ribs, and other possible injuries. The cause remains uncertain but appears to involve being struck by a passing railcar. The incident is under inquiry as doctors assess his condition.
