Herbert Adams 83 retired school patrolman and Mortar Salt Company employee died Saturday after a long illness at Wadsworth Hospital. Born in Easton he lived 57 years in Rittman and was active at the Evangelical United Brethren Church. Surviving: Grace Martin Adams wife two sons Herbert Jr. and John six daughters and numerous relatives. Funeral services were held at Rittman Evangelical United Brethren Church with burial in Rittman Cemetery.
