William T Creson former manager of Packaging Corporation of America Easton mills is named vice president of the paperboard division at PCA and begins duties this week in Evanston Illinois. His family will relocate to the Chicago area next month including two sons Bill and David and three daughters. Creson previously served in Rittman as planning commission chair and hospital trustee and held roles at PCA as superintendent of engineering and plant engineer before becoming area manager in 1966.
