A Wheaton College graduate 1929 he taught in Pandora Leesville Canton and Rittman and served as Wayne County Commissioner 1963 1970. Survived by wife Ruth three sons three daughters a brother and three sisters. Services Monday 2 pm at Smithville Brethren Church with burial in Smithville Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday 2 4 and 7 9 pm at Gillman Funeral Home and one hour before the service at the church.
