OES Hosts Friends Of Shreve Chapter Night

Beginning July 1 1944 the bank introduces a measured service charge for all commercial accounts with minor savings rule changes. Accounts with over 100 00 monthly balance receive a 10 cent per 100 dollar allowance toward monthly charges. A basic 25 cent maintenance charge applies.
