Twenty Months Old Boy Near Drowning
A twenty month old boy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Baumann, nearly drowned after wandering to a watering trough south of town. Found after about ten minutes in the trough, he required three hours of revival before regaining consciousness. Dr Toland treated him and he is no longer in danger.

Medina Lumber Co truck struck by east bound BD and O stock train at the Jungle crossing south of Rittman around 11 a.m. Wednesday. Driver escaped, but front end, engine, radiator wrecked. truck damaged beyond value while lumber loads to Old People's Home. The collision left the vehicle on the ground by evening.
