Two Hurt In Fall From Scaffold At Candy Kitchen
Marion Dilvard of Wooster and his son Marion Jr of Lakeville were injured when a scaffold collapsed while they were shingling the sides of the Rittman Candy Kitchen. Dilvard Sr suffered a fractured back after the fall and his son sustained injuries to the legs and feet. Both were taken to Kinhey and South hospital Friday.

Both wore white and bouquets. she is a Springfield native, a Battle Creek College graduate, taught at Defiance College and a Washington private school. He, son of Mr and Mrs B D Kindig of North Second Street, graduated from Rittman High School and Defiance College, member of The Saints Fraternity, teaching history and geography in Akron fifth and sixth grades. They left for the World’s Fair in Chicago and will reside at Springfold Cake until fall while running the Kinds Chicken Sandwich shop near Akron airport.

Chas Holderbaum Dies In Accident
Charles Holderbaum 64 of North Main street died instantly when his car collided with a vehicle driven by a Columbus pretzel salesman north of Wooster on the CCC highway about 8:30 Wednesday night. His wife granddaughter Artleg Morr and John Stout escaped injury. they were in the car he rode with. Funeral services set for Saturday at 2:30 in the Eber chapel with burial at Rittman cemetery. He survived by his wife, a daughter Mrs Don Morr, a brother in Rittman, and three grandchildren Ardes Morr Kathleen Morr and Karl Morr.
