State auditors report 1965 liquor permit fees allotted to Wayne County amounting to 171,204 with Rittman receiving 4,040. Night clubs yielded 3,000 from licenses at 1,000 each and liquor-by-the-glass permits added 728 plus retail beer and wine 312. Nationwide totals show 9,353,285.33 split across 4,174 night clubs accounting for 4,014,838.03 (42.9 percent).
