Council voted five to one to begin municipally controlled electricity in Rittman after hiring an engineer. Baker, 91, former resident of Salt street, taken to Wooster City hospital Monday for observation in serious condition. His daughter Mrs Nellie Hull and Mrs Ernest Wald of Sterling report he welcomes visitors. Mrs Wald is in very serious condition at home with heart trouble and complications.
