The fourth annual Rittman community picnic sponsored by the Rittman Automobile Club drew 800 to 1000 attendees at Summit Beach Park Akron dubbed Akron's Million Dollar Playground. Over 300 rode in ten buses from NOT & I Co with safe, clean transport under supervision. prizes and contests awarded amid new amusements and free amusement tickets funded by local businesses. The event showcased cooperative spirit and featured winners Barish Demetri and Charles Hickin with additional prizes to several attendees.
