Walter Gatehouse Ends Own Life in Sherman
Walter Gatehouse, a Doyle town native and son of W. O. Gatehouse, shot himself Saturday afternoon at Sherman after a period of ill health. Born in Doylestown and educated at Chippewa township, he was a Doylestown-area graduate, Lutheran church member, and nephew of Thomas and James Galehouse of Rittman.
