Death of Vernon Whitman
Vernon Whitman aged 36 died Monday at St Thomas hospital Akron after a lingering illness. He lived on the Ravenna Kent road and was born in Doylestown to Mr and Mrs Benjamin Whitman. He was well known in Rittman. Funeral services will be held from St Marys church Akron Thursday morning with interment in Holy Cross cemetery.
