CWA workers formerly on the West First street extension moved this week to Liberty Street where the project is widened to connect with Grand View boulevard. Nineteen laborers and one truck are assigned. West First extension fill is done. remaining right-of-way work to finish before the link to Grand View. CWA crews will soon lay a culvert under B&O tracks in Rittman to drain flood-prone cells. B&O officials grant permission and will provide an engineer. Culvert material may delay progress.
