Roadhouse Operator Held on Closing Hours Violation
Frank Peters proprietor of a roadhouse at Routes 6 and 4 southeast of Rittman was jailed Sunday after Sheriff Ed Mills and staff visited at about 2 a.m. Peters holds a 3.2 beer license but the place should close at 1 a.m. Charges to be decided at a Monday conference with Sheriff Mills and Prosecutor Raymond Morgan. About 45 people were in the roadhouse at the time.
