Young Man Wallace Peterson Dies at Age 20
Wallace Peterson, about 20 years old, died February 16 after months of ill health linked to goitre. He lived with his parents on Grant Street, worked at Ohio Suit Co. and elsewhere, and had recently left military service. Funeral was held at home and led by Rev. Paul O Herriott. He is buried in Knapp cemetery. survived by parents Mr. and Mrs. John Peterson and brother Clarence. The family moved from Manistee, Michigan, to Stuttman eighteen months ago. Wallace was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran church in Manistee. His exact age was 20 years 5 months 23 days.
