The program for February 18 and 19, 1916 at the Rittman Opera House lists Dunne will be served both days in the basement of the Presbyterian Church.
Friday events include morning instrumental program with the Rittman High School Orchestra and talks by Prof. O. W. Clouse on feeds, J.W. Hammond on dairy, and L. G. Spencer on the silo. Afternoon sessions feature pork production, declamation, and discussions on soil lime and the new agriculture with open access for all.
Saturday schedule lists morning events including Rev J B Hobart on Alfalfa and Myrlen Steele on Fertility, with Paul Thayer and Bee L G Spencer discussions. Afternoon features a business meeting, dairying needs lecture, fruit and orchard talks, and open declamations with music by the orchestra.

The ensemble features cross town players from Chicago and Kansas in a tale of romance and social ties with household figures and a concluding marriage arc.

Elias Conrad, 72, formerly of Cres ton and Sterling, died of heart failure Wednesday at 10 o'clock while at the Ohio Salt Company plant. He leaves a widow and seven children. Funeral services are planned for Saturday forenoon, time and place TBA. One son A L Conrad was a notable figure in Erie railroad circles. Obituary to follow next week.
Sir Knight Maccabees host a Thursday gathering at Maccabee hall featuring Deputy F Jo McBride speaking on fraternal protection. Miss Deneke provided music while Ezra Harpster and Overholt served as chefs. About 50 members attended and shared raw oysters and cake in a spirit of fraternity.
The Girl From Chil. company canceled last Thursday just hours before showtime causing disappointment among distant patrons. Management cites higher screen productions costs and price increases. weekly shows will be reduced to maintain quality, with fewer nights of performances.
