Joel B. Amstutz 99 longtime Sterling resident died Friday at his Stein home where he had lived over 60 years Born June 9 1851 he was once a farmer and later a traveling representative for the Woodmen lodge He attended Ohio Northern University and served in fraternal groups including the Masonic lodge in Seville and Knights of Pythias in Sterling Services were held Sunday at the Evangelical United Brethren church with burial in Mound Hill cemetery Seville
