Scouts Mobilize Under Roosevelt Call Plans For Nationwide Rally
On Saturday February 10 President Roosevelt will radio a call to service to every Scout and Scouter. More than 1,000,000 boys will participate as part of a historic mobilization in Scouting. The Rittman Troop will meet at 11:45 for a short program before the President’s address to be carried by WTAM WHE and WADC. Scout Sunday on the 11th continues the World Wide Week with services dedicated to Scouting. The Rittman group will march to the Presbyterian church for services and a dinner at 6:20 hosted by Rotary and American Legion with Prof. Close speaking. Tickets available from Scoutmaster or Troop Committee members.
