Sue Pfaltzgraf sustained a cracked shoulder blade and minor injuries while Phyllis Hostetler suffered back and rib injuries in a Saturday night crash on Route 94. They rode in a pickup driven by Ronnie Hardgrove who, with his brother and others, were en route to a dance when a 1949 Mercury driven by Frank Platz of Wadsworth struck them. Hardgrove and Platz received minor injuries. all were treated and released.

Lions Sight Saving Drive Supports Rittman Students
Last year the Lions Club sold Sight Saving Seals raising about $200.00 used to buy nine pairs of glasses and fund eye exams and a costly operation. Rittman School children benefit as parents lack funds for corrections. Next week the Rittman High School senior class will canvass town selling Seals. seniors receive a quarter of proceeds with the rest to Lions Club.
