Mrs Ebert involved in a Wednesday collision near Rittman when her 1938 Pontiac coach met William Reuhlen driving a 1936 Christer Coach. Mrs Ebert left uninjured and sent home. Reuhlen taken to Wadsworth Hospital with a back injury. Vehicles damaged extensively and towed from the scene.

Mrs Booth Wins Insurance Claim in Wayne Co Court
A jury in the Common Pleas Court at Wooster ruled Friday for Mrs Margaret Booth widow of John W Booth of Murdock Drive entitled to participate in the state insurance fund. The case arose from Booths death on October 1 1935 claiming heat illness from work at Ohio Boxboard Co in August 1933. Testimony spanned two years before the State Industrial Commission which denied the claim, leading to the Wayne County verdict in favor of the plaintiff.

Sterling Woman Found Dead at Family Home
Mrs. Graber was found dead in the bathroom of the family home on the county line north of Sterling. Police say evidence indicates she inhaled gas via a rubber hose, and the body was discovered after doors were found locked at noon. Funeral services are set for Saturday at 2 pm at the home, with burial at Crown Hill Cemetery. Surviving are her husband Ell, a daughter, two sons Edwin and Walter, sisters, brothers, and a grandson.

Services Held Wednesday For Creston Resident Robert Nosker
Funeral services were held Wednesday for Robert Nosker 72 at the Murray Funeral Home. M B Stout conducted the services.
