Mrs Della Shultz Rites Held in Doylestown
Mrs Della Shultz 75 sister of Cornell Merrit of Doylestown died Tuesday at Parma Community Hospital after a long illness. She lived in Doylestown all her life and was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and Shiloh Rebekah Lodge. Surviving are a daughter Mrs Richard Hall Parma and a brother Stanley Merrit Akron. Burial in Chestnut Hill Cemetery.

Fred V. Blatter 64 of Rittman RD I died Saturday night at Orrville Osteopathic Hospital after a week's illness. Born February 18, 1901 in Monroe County to David and Rosa Blatter, he was a 69 year resident and a retiree from Morton Salt Company after 41 years as truck driver and mail carrier. Survived by wife Evelyn and two sisters Burdella Bauman and Emma Mee-Kean. Burial in Rittman Cemetery with Pastor Charles Turner officiating.

Turzillo to Install Aft-In Pile System at Morton Salt Plant
Turzillo Contracting will place 12 inch diameter aft-in place concrete piles to support new machines at the Morton Salt Company plant. Piles are 25 feet long designed for 25 ton loads and will be augercast with mortar filled holes after removing the floor. Chicago Bridge and Iron Company will perform machinery installation.
