A D Metz prominent Wayne County attorney and Wooster citizen died at his home Tuesday morning at 8 15 after a month long illness. He leaves wife Lizzie Gann Metz who died in 1892 a daughter Mary Metz and sister Ann Gann. Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 39 o'clock at his North Market Street home conducted by Dr Harold Mohn Methodist pastor.

Five Rittman Boy Scouts who camped at Camp Manatoo won the Sioux troop Inter-patrol contest marking a second summer prize for Rittman scouts.
