About 125 children entered the fourth annual Mardi Gras sponsored by the Rittman Recreation Department with 54 prizes awarded by nine judges. Harold Gillespie and Kathy Lavery were crowned King and Queen by Mayor John Baldwin in the square as cameras and other prizes were distributed.
