Two Wadsworth Men Survive Train Collision
Elton Johnson and Frank Krusty, both of Wadsworth, escaped serious injury when Johnsons truck was struck by an Erie Railroad passenger train at Industrial crossing. The truck was demolished and Johnson sustained cuts above the left eye while Krusty, riding in the cab, suffered a cut and a thumb gash. The train derailed the vehicle, though the tractor helped prevent worse harm by keeping the cab and body aligned after impact.
