Lucky Youngster Survives Bicycle Crash With Car
Joseph Clinard the son of A C Clinard of 402 Willowbrook street narrowly escaped serious harm after colliding with a car driven by R C Rankin of 404 English street while turning from Main into Washington street last evening about 7:30. He clutched the car wheel and was dragged eight feet, suffering mainly back cuts and bruises though no bones were broken. Rankin assisted and no blame was found. both were on the right side and tried to avoid each other.
