High Point City Ordinances on Fire Hazards and Smoking
The High Point city council passed ordinances prohibiting storing combustible materials after notice from the fire inspector with a $10 fine per offense and daily violations. burning trash without inspector consent carries a $5 fine. smoking in theaters is banned with a $25 fine on conviction.
