James Parker Dies After Train Crossing Accident
Sunday night at Main street crossing James Parker son of Mr and Mrs T Lemuel Parker tried to catch a freight train. His head struck a lamp and the wheels severed both legs. He died next morning at one o clock after care by Dr D A Stanton. Parker and an associate named Oakes planned to beat it to Greensboro.
