The Three Linkers of the Grand Lodge I C C F and Rebekah State Assembly visit High Point with about 400 delegates. Sessions in the Odd Fellows and Rebekah halls feature welcome speeches by Mayor Ragan and ex Mayor Tate and Mrs Annie Baum, plus a concert from the Odd Fellows Home children. Grand Lodge officers are elected including Calvin Woodard as Grand Master and J D Berry as Grand Secretary, with plans for future gatherings and a pledge telegram to President Wilson.
