Prominent farmer dies at 66 in Davidson County
W. Martine Clinard a well known farmer died at his home near Abbott's Creek after a brief illness. He was 66 and lived in Davidson most of his life. Survived by widow two sons J W Clinard and J R Clinard a daughter Mrs W T Hedgecock a brother J R Clinard and three sisters Mrs John Lindsay Mrs John Hayworth and Mrs C A Green. Funeral conducted by Rev J W Williams at Abbott's Creek church followed by burial in the church graveyard.

New Year Begins Bright in High Point Plant Move
