The body of Lieut. Eric L. Ellington aviation instructor in the Army Aero Corps who died in a San Diego plane crash will be buried in Clayton he was born there. He is survived by four brothers and one sister John O Ellington H D Ellington Kenneth R Ellington Douglas D Ellington and Mrs B A Hocutt The body left San Diego last Wednesday in charge of Commander Cowan and the brothers will meet it in Washington.
The report says Provisional President Huerta departed secretly from Mexico City for Vera Cruz aboard a special train with railroad officials citing a 4 am departure. Mexican Foreign Minister Querido Modeno was reported at Vera Cruz, suggesting plans to flee the country. Authorities found no trace of Huerta in the capital and no official confirmation was obtained.

The White House maintains a waiting stance as the financial blockade weakens Huerta and constitutionalists advance. The Fair on the Square continues to attract shoppers.
