Butter by Nadia founder Tarr expands design studio in Red Hook
Tarr, a former dancer, built 100 wrap dresses from rent money and moved from Prospect Heights to Red Hook. Butter by Nadia offers the Signature Wrap Dress in jersey and satin sizes 2 to 16 with multiple wear options, plus Basics collection and seasonal lines. Dresses retail 246 to 360 dollars and can be found online or at Tarr's Store 518 Court Street with limited in store items.
